Our Other Horses (Including Minis!)   Curly Sioux "Sioux" This is a 1995 Grade Mustang X Mare I raised her from a bucket since she was a week old. She's not very pretty, but built to last and great with the kids!   North Forty Gem "Gem" 1997 Sorrel Overo Gelding by a son of the Enhancer We bought Gem in 2005 and he was the inspiration of our breeding operation. We bought him because of his size and his unique and classy appearance, and because he had his Superior in halter. We also bought him since he was OLWS negative because we had experienced our first and last lethal white foal. We have since changed our operation, but didn't have the heart to part with Gem. He has such an outstanding personality, we decided to geld him and he can live out his days with us as a horse. Did I mention we also decided to turn him into a riding horse. That is a work in progress! Very Much a Diamond "Diamond" 2005 Sorrel Overo Filly by Bearly a Diamond I bought Diamond as a yearling and showed her some in 2007. She is quiet and gentle and we are starting her under saddle. She is intended to be brendan's youth horse starting this summer. JS Mr t "tee" 1992 AQHA Gelding by Streakin Six Mr t is an ex-rope horse with some sentimental value.  he had a speed index of 102 on the track as a 2 yr old and still has a lot of that go in him.  We enjoy having him around and often use him to pony our babies.  in this picture, it was the open horse show at county fair and my son Lane is riding him to a win!!  His first ever, hopefully a future apha showman! Our Miniature Horses RM Rocket Man "Rocky" 2002 Palomino pinto Stallion; 29" AMHA, AMHR, PtHA My Mini Man with a heart of gold and a favorite of everyone that meets him! He is headed for the show ring! PJR's Smoke's Chase for the Race "Smokey" 2005 AMHR Grullo pinto mare; 32" See her and Rocky's filly below! She is pretty sweet, yet still has a mind of her own, and spectacular coloring including the dorsal stripe and leg stripes. Rockin lil mocha "Tink" 2008 Dunskin pinto Filly by Rocky and Smokey above, will mature shorter than Rocky. She is a dunskin and has the dorsal stripe and black points. She is a super sweet filly and is for sale! RJR Sheza Got Legs "Legs" 2006 AMHR Silver Dapple mare in foal to Rocky for April 2009; 33". Legs is one of the sweetest horses that we have and is such a fun little horse.  her foal for 2009 will be for sale, it is anyone guess what color he/she will be! AMHR Pending "oreo" 2009 black tobiano filly by rocky and out of legs "Amber" Grade Mare, about 14 yrs old, but is a daughter of Witmaaks Mickey Mouse and I have her papers, but she is a rescue that has been horribly foundered and is blind in one eye, so she will live out her days as a pet (and she is very good with our kids!). MGRS Snow White Buck "Savannah" 2003 AMHR buckskin Pinto Mare; 31" in foal to Rocky for May 2009. Savannah is a buckskin tobiano with the silver gene so her markings are hard to see. She has had some really nice babies and is a great addition to our herd.  here she is May 09 in her pregnant and fuzzy glory! AMHR Pending "pippy" 2009 AMHR red roan tobiano filly by rocky and out of savannah, will mature small, about 30" RJR's China Doll "China" 2007 AMHR black Pinto Mare China, a black and white pinto is one of our newest additions. She is really sweet and gentle and will someday be a broodmare. she has one eye that is partially blue.
